Compassion Counselling is a Christian professional counselling service providing evidence-based psychological services to individuals, couples and families. It is available for clients of any faith, or to clients with no religious affiliation.
You may choose the counsellor you prefer through our website www.compassioncounselling.com.au or by calling our Practice Manager.
All of our counsellors are fully qualified Registered Counsellors with their professional counselling associations. All are fully accountable for ongoing clinical supervision, professional development and ethical practice.
Subsidised counselling may be available for those on Centrelink benefits or who have financial difficulties. No one will be turned away due to their inability to pay. Please contact our Practice Manager to discuss subsidised fees.

Many of our clients seek our services based on self-‐referral, pastors/ministers, recommendation from GPs, health professionals, other care providers, former clients, and via internet based searches.

We are nine kilometres north-west of Sydney central business district. There is easy parking nearby and we are close to Sydney Bus services.
Compassion Counselling premises are owned by the Anglican Church Sydney Diocese. Our aim is to provide access to counselling services for the benefit of the Gladesville community. Our counsellors are sourced from both Anglicare Sydney and private practice. All counsellors are independently responsible for the nature of the service they provide through Compassion Counselling. Each of their member professional associations provide code of ethics, supervision and professional development requirements.
