 This is a ministry to the older members of our community. It is a ministry of encouragement and care. We have regular gatherings on the first Wednesday of each month from 10 am to 12 noon with a morning tea and a communion service.
We also hold a Prime Timers Bible Study group every Wednesday here at the Church starting at 10am -11.30am which includes a morning tea together. We also organise occasional lunches and outings. As part of our outreach to local community, we also serve the residents of Ashburn House in Gladesville. We run a weekly bible study and services through the year at Ashburn House. This includes a carols service in the lead up to Christmas, in the hope of bringing some Christmas cheer and the message of Christmas. All olders members of our community are most welcome to the events at Christ Church Gladesville. Please contact the church office 9817 2631 for further details, we would love to hear from you. Can you help serve at Ashburn House? This is a great opportunity for the church family to connect with members in our community – to make friends, share the Bible and to pray. The residents enjoy services, visits and good conversations.
