Men’s Meet

"Meet" at the pub

The men at Gladsville a few times a year meet at the local Bayview hotel to "meet" and hear from a man who has an interesting life with a Christian perspective. These meetings give a chance to invite friends who may not normally accept an invitation to attend church. The meetings are very informal and the food is great. At Christ Church we believe the good news of life through Jesus is for all people, men and women, old and young alike.  We have many men involved in all aspects of church life.  We offer a variety of opportunities where men can gather with friends or meet new people socially and to consider what it means to be a christian and to discuss the big questions in life.  

  • For those just curious or wanting some answers, we have investigative courses looking at ‘what the Man actually said’.  
  • For those wanting some encouragement and greater understanding of their faith, we have regular bible study groups, men's breakfast, seminars, dinners and conference days.  
  • For those wanting some help in their different roles, we have seminars and talks on leadership, fatherhood, marriage, work and mental health and the like
